Senior Sojourns Inc. has closed
As many of you may be aware, I lost my beloved husband of 42 years in August of 2008. In June of 2009 I moved my
pets and myself from Texas to Wasilla, Alaska where we now reside. My original plans were to reopen Senior Sojourns, Inc. once we got here and
settled. This, however, is not going to be possible so I must reluctantly advise you that Senior Sojourns is closed and will not reopen.
I thank you for your business and friendship. I hope that we can remain friends and that our paths will cross again
on another occasion.

Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the trade organization that represents most of the major cruise lines of the world. In an effort to help cruise clients have the best cruise experience they possibly can, they have developed training programs for travel agents which culminate in the awarding of two designations of agent expertise and excellence - Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) and Master Cruise Counselor (MCC).
Both of these training programs are quite rigorous and require attendance at a series of classes, the viewing of several videos, numerous tours of various ships and travel as a passenger on the ships of a variety of cruise lines. The successful passing of approximately 8 exams assesses mastery of the material. Completion of the ACC program can take up to two years, and the MCC program can take another two years to complete.
